For the people who work in healthcare hospitality, the question of why is rarely simple. This session is a space to explore it honestly.

HHN Board Chair and Executive Director of Brent's Place Sean Meyerhoffer opens with his own story, joined by house members from across the network who will share theirs. Together they'll speak to what brought them to this work, what sustains them, and what's changed about why they do it since they started. Hosted by Aisha Campbell, Senior Resident Services Manager at The Children's Inn at NIH, the conversation is interview-style and designed to draw the whole room in.

Throughout the session, attendees are invited to share their own answers in the chat. Some of those responses will be read aloud, and if your story feels like it has more behind it, you may be invited to share it with the group.

Please note that this session will not be recorded. We want the room to feel open and honest, and we believe that's easier without a camera running.
