HHN Affiliate Membership is open to mission-aligned and service-adjacent organizations that connect meaningfully to the healthcare hospitality community.

Please complete this application in full. All applications are reviewed by HHN staff and the membership committee before a decision is made.

You will not be charged until your application has been approved and an invoice has been sent to you directly.

Affiliate Membership is $500 per year. If you are joining mid-year, your first invoice will reflect a pro-rated amount through December 31, with full annual dues of $500 beginning each January.
