Earlier this year, member house leaders shared candid input on the future of the Certified Hospitality House program: what's working, what's missing, and what would make certification more valuable. That feedback did its job. A new program outline has been drafted, and before anything moves forward, we're bringing it back to you.

In this session, we'll walk through the proposed program together, from structure and requirements to what certification will offer houses, and open the floor for your reactions. What resonates? What raises questions? What did we miss? Your input shaped this draft, and it will shape what comes next. All member houses are encouraged to attend, whether or not your house is currently certified and whether or not you joined the first conversation.
