Meet our Experts:
Kelly Thompson, Executive Director of SECU Family House at UNC Hospitals, and has over 15 years of experience as a nonprofit executive, including almost 10 years as CEO of RMHC of Central Illinois. An avid Carolina Hurricanes fan, Kelly also enjoys volunteering, traveling, and hiking with her husband and golden retriever.
Rachael Schott, Guest House Manager of Carle Guest House, is a Champaign, IL native and a seasoned professional with a strong background in hospitality and leadership. After ten successful years in various roles with Hilton Hotels, she transitioned her interpersonal skills and commitment to service to Carle Health in 2018 as the Guest House Manager. Now a valued member of the Champaign-Urbana healthcare organization, Rachael is also actively involved in her community, volunteering at ACS, her children's schools, and as a longtime-CASA advocate.
