In this presentation, Dr. Lewis, nationally known diversity and inclusion thought leader and founder of WillHouse Global, will lead the members of HHN in an engaging conversation about the differences and similarities between the various terms associated with diversity and inclusion. Specifically, we will explore the following terms: 

• diversity 
• equity 
• inclusion 
• belonging 
• unconscious bias 

At the end of this presentation, the members of HHN will have a shared understanding of the nuances of the different diversity-related terms. They will be better positioned to use the appropriate terms when describing their diversity efforts in written statements and strategic planning documents.
