Description

The Certified Hospitality House program has been a cornerstone of professional development for HHN member houses for years. As the field evolves, so should the tools we offer to support it.

This open forum brings together member house leaders and the CHH Committee for a candid conversation about the program's future. We want to hear directly from you: What's working? What's missing? What would make certification more valuable, more relevant, and more reflective of the work your house does every day?

Your input will directly inform how the CHH program is updated and strengthened going forward. All member houses are encouraged to attend and share their perspective.
